Hello there!
I'm Mari Simak, My Style Knee Pads brand founder, also a big pole enthusiast since 2010.
For all these years I was looking for the perfect pole dance knee pads, especially when it comes to showcasing your hard work and performing on a stage! After tirelessly searching for the ideal solution and coming up short, I took matters into my own hands and decided to create knee pads, that meets my specific needs:
• Protect the knees
• Doesn’t affect leg grips
• Looks good on stage
The inception of my design was in 2018 for the Pole Exotic competition, where my first pair exceeded all expectations!
Subsequent models for both stage performances and everyday use sparked curiosity and admiration, with many inquiring about their origin. So, I hand made and sold a few pairs in the same 2018, but the time-consuming process hindered scalability and profitability.
It wasn't until the end of 2023, five years later, that I mustered the courage to elevate my design to a professional standard and embark on manufacturing.
