DOES THIS KNEE PAD SLIDE SIDE TO SIDE?

I- Like any other knee pads, My Style knee pads may also slide side to side. However, if you have selected the right size, this sliding will be minimal. Additionally, silicone dots have been added to the inside of the strap/elastic band for both models to help grip the skin or fabric, making sliding barely noticeable.

DO THESE KNEE PADS PROVIDE ENOUGH PROTECTION?

- Yes, for me, they definitely do! However, the level of "enough" protection can vary for different individuals. These knee pads are suitable for a wide range of movements such as kips, knee landing flips, slides, and more. But I recommend using more traditional knee pads with thicker padding and full knee protection if you are learning new movements or unsure about landing techniques. Practice with bulkier pads for safety and then switch to stylish pads when showcasing your skills!

ARE THESE KNEE PADS GOOD FOR FLOORWORK DANCE?

- These knee pads were specifically designed for pole dancers who require comfort on both the pole and the floor. Therefore, they should be suitable for floorwork dancers as well. However, the level of comfort may vary from person to person. Please consider the previous question for additional guidance.

HOW LONG DO THESE KNEE PADS LAST?

- Since this is a new brand that has been in existence for only a few months, extensive durability tests have not been conducted. As a customer who dances frequently, your feedback on the longevity of the knee pads would be greatly appreciated. From personal experience, my oldest pair from the initial test batch is 5 months old, showing no visible damage with a slight decrease in pad thickness (approximately 30-35%). I will update this information as more customer reviews become available.

HOW CAN I WASH MY STYLE KNEE PADS?

- The manufacturer recommends avoiding the use of heat during the cleaning or drying process. It is preferable to hand wash the knee pads in water at 30 degrees Celsius/86 degrees Fahrenheit. Machine washing can be done at your own risk using delicate, low-temperature settings followed by air drying overnight on a towel. For models with Velcro, ensure that the hook and loop sides remain attached during washing and use mesh bags to prevent the Velcro from losing its stickiness.
