RETURNS

Thank you for purchasing My Style Knee Pads. I am dedicated to providing high-quality new design knee pads for dancers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

You have 30 days to return an item from the day of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund for the knee pads after inspecting the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, size or model type, please contact me via email MyStyle@marisimak.com or via Instagram @MyStyle_polewear. You will be responsible for any price differences between the exchanged items. The item for exchange must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
